CITY OF ROSEMOUNT
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY FOR ACTION
CITY COUNCIL MEETING DATE: October 7, 2003,
The developer of the Minea property has requested the preparation of a feasibility report for public
improvements within the development. This feasibility report will address street and utility improvements
within the development and will include costs and funding for the project.
Staff is requesting Council authorization to prepare a feasibility report for the Minea development.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION ORDERING A FEASIBILITY
REPORT FOR THE MINEA DEVELOPMENT, CITY PROJECT #351.

RESOLUTION 2003 -
A RESOLUTION ORDERING A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
THE MINEA DEVELOPMENT STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT #351
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount has received a request and monies from Centex
Homes, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount deems it necessary to investigate the feasibility
of the preliminary plat, City Project #351.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Staff is directed to have the necessary feasibility report
prepared for the Minea Development Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #351.
ADOPTED this 7` day of October, 2003.
