The developer for Rosewood Townhomes, Progress Land Company, has requested that plans and specifications
be prepared for public improvements within the Rosewood Townhomes development. Funds have been
deposited by Progress Land Company for costs associated with the preparation of plans and specifications.
Staff is requesting Council authorization to prepare plans and specifications for Rosewood Townhomes, City
Project #378.

RESOLUTION 2003 —
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION
OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
ROSEWOOD TOWNHOMES STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT #378
WHEREAS, Progress Land Company, Inc. has requested the City of Rosemount prepare plans and
specifications for Rosewood Townhomes Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #378; and
WHEREAS, Progress Land Company, Inc. has deposited the necessary funds with the City for
preparation of the plans and specifications for City Project #378; and
WHEREAS, Progress Land Company, Inc. acknowledges that this action does not imply or guarantee
City Council approval of the final plat for Rosewood Townhomes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Rosemount orders the
preparation of plans and specifications for said improvements of City Project 4378.
ADOPTED this 7 day of October, 2003.
