The Rosemount Fire Department will host an Open House on October 12, 2003 from noon until 4:00 p.m. This
will be the wrap -up of a full week of activities with school age children during Fire Prevention Week, October 6
through October 12t
Some of the highlights of the Open House are as follows:
Life Link Helicopter Demonstration
Jaws of Life Extrication
Coastguard Officer providing boat safety information
Power line and gas line safety provided by Xcel and Minnegasco Utilities
Fire equipment demonstrations
The Firefighters Relief Association will be selling hotdogs and hamburgers to raise funds.
The public is invited to participate to actively educate their families about fire safety and emergency
preparedness.
