EXECUTIVE SUMMARY FOR ACTION
CITY COUNCIL MEETING DATE: October 7, 2003
The Council recently approved the appointment of an officer to the Police Department to replace Officer Mark
Robideau. Officer Henry Cho will be present to be introduced and to be sworn in as a Rosemount police
officer.
Officer, Cho grew up and currently resides in Eagan. Henry has been working with the Eagan Police
Department as a community service officer for approximately the last two years. He has as an associates degree
from Inver Hills Community College and is enrolled at Concordia College — Saint Paul to continue has
education and earn a bachelors degree. Officer Cho's first day as a Rosemount police officer was Monday,
October 6, 2003.
