Item 6. n. Consider Resolution Requesting Mn/DOT Cooperative Agreement
Please consider the attached letter from Dakota County Engineer Mark
Krebsbach. The letter indicates County support of turn lanes and traffic lights at
CR 38 and HWY 3.
Item 6.aa. Request for Amendment to LAWCON Grant to Build a Public Facility
A letter to the DNR to describe the IRISH Dome project and the need to use a site
which had received funding from L &WCF grants.
Item 8.a. Progress Land Company / Rosewood Village Preliminary Plat fore Detached
Townhomes
City Attorney LeFevere recommends adding a condition. "The developer will
provide good title to downstream areas that are intended to provide, ponding for
surface water runoff from the platted property."
