3. Additional Information for Item 6. Liquor License Renewals for 2004
Police Chief Kalstabakken prepared a memo that reviews the background checks
and police calls to Rosemount liquor establishments. Kalstabakken did not find
anything that would prohibit the renewal of the 2004 liquor license renewals.
The American Legion has submitted the necessary fees and paperwork for
approval at this time. This is added to the new Executive Summary attached.
Clarification has also been inserted to the two locations for Shenanigan's, each
having separate owners. Shenanigan's On -Sale is located at 14605 S. Robert Trail
and Shenanigan's Off -Sale is located at 15047 Crestone Avenue.
