The Council is asked to accept a donation of a 20 -inch color CCTV monitor for use by the Police Department.
This color monitor is the same style as other monitors being used by the Police Department. It will be used to
replace a black & white monitor currently being used and may be used in the future to add additional recording
capabilities within the Department.
Rosemount resident Dan Poole is the donor of this item. Mr. Poole is part owner of an electronics repair
business, Techcenter, in Bloomington. He recently attended the Citizen Police Academy and saw the use of
recording equipment in the Police Department and requested that he be allowed to make this donation.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to accept a donation of a 20 -inch CCTV monitor from Mr. Dan
Poole for use by the Police Department.
