$24,558.19 for a revised contract price of $1,699,358.79.

Dear Mayor and City Council Members:
Please find enclosed Change Order No. 5 for the above - referenced project. This change order
was required due to developer changes in the roadway alignment for the Rosewood
Townhomes plat. The streets and utilities for Rosewood Village and Rosewood Estates had
�= been previously designed and constructed. These constructed streets and utilities needed to be
relocated/reconstructed to match the developer changes. Costs associated with this change
order will be paid for by the developer. We recommend approval of this change order.
Please make payment in this amount to Ryan Contracting Co. at your earliest convenience.
