Item 61 Approve Plans & Specs /Authorize Ad for Bid, Keegan Lake Outlet, City
Project 343
City Attorney LeFevere suggested addition support for the resolution on City
Project 343. The corrected resolution is attached.
Item 6.m. MCES Proposal for Combined Outfall
The attached resolution with recommended motion for your consideration
authorizes City Staff to enter into negotiations with MCES for the construction of
an oversized MCES outfall to the Mississippi River. There is also a financial
analysis to forecast fees and cost.
Item 9.a. Rosemount Cliff Addition Concept PUD
A resolution supporting denial with Findings of Fact is attached for your
consideration.
Item 9.b. Downtown Redevelopment Committee Appointments
Attached is a ballot proposed to use for the election of the applicants for the
Downtown Redevelopment Committee. Colored ballots will be distributed at the
meeting.
Add -On. Request from MnDOT for Operations Exception
MnDot would like Shafer Contracting to work 24 hours over the weekends of
August 22, 23, 24 and September 5, 6, and 7. The current restrictions have caused
considerable back up on TH52 between 117 and CR 42. The recommended
motion is provided.

6. Pull Item 9.c. Hiring of Community Development Director
Staff does not have a recommendation for the Community Development Director
at this time.
7. Item 9.d. Hiring of Human Resource /Communication Coordinator
Recommendation to hire Dawn Weitzel for HR/Communications Coordinator.
