At the request of the City Council; a proclamation has been prepared that recognizes our local Armed Forces
and National Guard and Reserve units and other local residents currently serving in the military.
The proclamation demonstrates the City Council's support for the men and women of the Armed Forces and
encourages local citizens and employers to also pledge their support, especially during this time of conflict.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the proclamation of support for our local Armed Forces
and National Guard and Reserve Units.
