On Friday, August 29, 2003, bids for the referenced project will be received, opened and read aloud publicly.
The project is located north of the Biscayne Pointe Fourth Addition and consists of street and utility
construction for this 31 unit residential development. The majority of the public improvements for the Biscayne
Pointe Fourth Addition, including first lift of bituminous will be completed in 2003. The developer of the
Biscayne Pointe Fifth Addition, Heritage Development, will be funding all costs associated with the street and
lateral utility improvements as previously presented in the Feasibility Report for this project.
The tabulation of bidders, resolution and letter of recommendation to award will be provided at the Council
meeting.

AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE BISCAYNE POINTE 5' ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS, CITY PROJECT #367.
