Additional information for the PUD and rezoning for Centex was
provided Sept. 2. City Planner Pearson here in provides a memo to responded
to the new information.

2. ADD - ON: EXECUTIVE SESSION
City Administrator Verbrugge has requested a Closed Executive
Session for the purpose of discussing pending litigation related to special
assessment appeals.
