Attached are the 2003 temporary street closing and service requests that have come from the Leprechaun
Days Committee.
Also listed below are new events that need to be added to the Service Agreement through an amendment that
will be drafted by our City Attorney and signed by all necessary parties. The new events for the 2003
Leprechaun Days Celebration include:
• Relay for Life
• Rosemount Reach -Out Night
• Rosemount National Bank Open House
• Irish Soccer Day
• Rosemount Showcase & Family Fun Night
• Dr. Fuzz Music Madness
• Dakota City Trolley Rides
• Bench Press Championships
• Karaoke at the Legion
• Wheel Chair Basketball Tournament
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the temporary street closings requested by the
Leprechaun Days Committee for the 2003 celebration and to amend the 2003 Service Agreement between
the City of Rosemount and the Leprechaun Days Committee to include the events listed in the executive
summary.

Re: Street closings for 2003 Leprechaun Days. Requests for City Staff, traffic control
devices and maintenance equipment.
Attached you will find the most recent listings of needs for street closings, traffic control
(barricades, traffic cones), orange fences, vehicle needs as well as assistance from city
staff that is required for the 2003 Leprechaun Days events.
The streets will need to be closed for the specific events and times as indicated.
If any of the above requests change, I will let you know as soon as possible. If you have
