1. CONSENT AGENDA - Add -On
Item 6.L. - Authorize Resident Survey. Please review the contract with Decision
Resources LTD for the 2003 Resident Survey and the cover memo.
2. Item 6.e. Receive Bids /Award Cont5ract 128 Street Drainage Improvements,
City Project 356
Bids and tabulation lists as received at the bid opening on Friday, May 16. A
letter of recommendation and resolutions.
3. PUBLIC HEARING
Item 8. — Chippendale Avenue /CSAH 42 Street & Utilities Improvement
Executive summary with Preliminary Assessment Roll, Memo, and Resolution.
Attached for your review is the copy of a November 4, 2002 e -mail from the
Dakota County Assistant Traffic Engineer. The subject matter is the County's
support for closing the median and access currently allowing a left -in turning
movement from southbound Chippendale to the Holiday Station and Chippendale
Center properties. Council members had asked that Staff provide a copy of the
County's position on this issue.
