6.v. Gambling Premises Permit Renewals for Celts and McDivot's
The Jaycees have submitted renewal applications for Celts and McDivot's for
charitable gambling within Rosemount. The Jaycees new Gambling Manager is
Michele Stockey and she has submitted the required documents and fees.
2. PULL Item 6. t. Irish Dome LLC Lease Agreement
Staff and the School District are working out some new language based on the
outcome of the LAWCON grant. It will be brought to a future meeting.
3. Additional Information for Item 6.h. 2004 Fee Resolution
Parks and Recreation Director Schultz found that the commercial/industrial park
dedication fee was raised to 10 % in with a resolution on July 1, 2003. That
change is in the second full paragraph on page 9 of the Fee Resolution.
Please include this change with the approval of the motion.
