CITY COUNCIL MEETING DATE: JANUARY 15, 2002
AGENDA: GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT RENEWALS A
Premises Permit Renewal Applications from the Rosemount Jaycees have been received for their lawful
gambling operations at two liquor establishments as indicated in Rosemount. The license period is April 1, 2002
to March 31, 2004. They have paid the fee of $100 per establishment for renewal investigation and submitted
the required documents.

McDivot's Sports Pub and Eatery, 14550 S. Robert Tr. April 1, 2004 to March 31, 2006
It is staff s recommendation that the attached resolution be adopted approving gambling premises permits to
operate charitable gambling at the listed Rosemount businesses by the Rosemount Jaycees. Upon approval by
the City Council, the application will be forwarded to the State Gambling Control Board for their review and
consideration.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING A GAMBLING PREMISES
PERMIT APPLICATIONS FOR
CELTS and
McDIVOTS PUB & EATERY
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rosemount,
Dakota County, Minnesota, hereby approves the Gambling Premises Permit Application
submitted by the Rosemount Jaycees to conduct charitable gambling in Rosemount at:

McDivots Bar & Grill, 14525 S. Robert Tr. April 1, 2004 to March 31, 2006
ADOPTED this 16th day of December 16, 2003 by the City Council of the City of Rosemount.
