Motion to approve Scott and DeAnn Boecker's request to set a public hearing for November 18, 2003 to
review the decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals to deny the Boeckers' request for a five foot side yard
setback variance to allow the construction of a 12' by 20' third garage stall on their property located at 3878
