The developer for the Uitdenbogerd property, Basic Builders, Inc. has requested that the City proceed with the
preparation of plans and specifications for utility improvements necessary to serve the development. The
developer has deposited the required funds with the City for the costs associated with the preparation of plans
and specifications.
Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the preparation of the plans and specifications for the
Uitdenbogerd Addition, City Project #373.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE UITDENBOGERD ADDITION, CITY
PROJECT 4373.

RESOLUTION 2003 —
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION
OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
UITDENBOGERD ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT #373
WHEREAS, Basic Builders, Inc. has requested the City of Rosemount prepare plans and specifications
for Uitdenbogerd Street and Utility Improvements, City Project 4373; and
WHEREAS, Basic Builders, Inc. has deposited the necessary funds with the City for preparation of the
plans and specifications for City Project #373; and
WHEREAS, Basic Builders, Inc. acknowledges that this action does not imply or guarantee City
Council approval of the final plat for Uitdenbogerd Addition.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Rosemount orders the
preparation of plans and specifications for said improvements of City Project #373.
