As you are aware, the proposed 2004 C.I.P. includes the reconstruction of streets within the Broback 2" and 3 d '
Additions. At this time, Staff is requesting Council authorization to prepare a feasibility report for the 2004
Street and Utility Reconstruction Improvements project. Preparation of the feasibility report at this time will
allow for the completion of preliminary field work prior to winter and completing the project documents by the
spring of 2004 to accommodate an early summer, 2004 construction start.

A RESOLUTION ORDERING A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
THE 2004 STREET AND UTILITY RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 9376
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount deems it necessary to investigate the feasibility
of the 2004 Street and Utility Reconstruction Improvements, City Project #376.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Staff is directed to have the necessary feasibility report
prepared for the 2004 Street and Utility Reconstruction Improvements, City Project #376.
ADOPTED this 16 day of September, 2003.
