It was determined that an existing 8" steel watermain that was installed pre 1970 can be
eliminated due to the construction of City Project #350, Rosewood Village. The watermain is
located south of the Grief Brothers building in the future Rosewood Townhomes_plat. The
watermain is proposed to be removed during the construction of the Rosewood Townhouse
Addition.
Due to the watermain being removed, the existing drainage and utility easement for the
watermain can be vacated.

RESOLUTION 2003 —
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR
AN EASEMENT VACATION FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT,
ROSEWOOD VILLAGE, CITY PROJECT #350
WHEREAS, an easement vacation is required in the Rosewood Village Townhome Addition.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROSEMOUNT, MINNESOTA:
1. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed easement vacation on the 3 day of December,
2003, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible and
the City Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as
required by law.
ADOPTED this 18 day of November, 2003.
