Item 6. j. Chippendale /CSAH 42 Street & Utility Improvements, City Project 344
Staff met with Holiday Inc. today and they considered the resolution included in
your Council packet. Their attorneys only requested one change in the second
"Whereas." That change would remove the phrase "will need to" and replace it
with "should."
Staff recommends approval of the parameters resolution for City Project 344 with
the amended "should" inserted.
