SPECIAL MEETING
APRIL 12, 2003
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Rosemount City Council was
duly held on Saturday, April 12, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 2875
145 Street West.
Mayor Droste called the meeting to order with Council Members DeBettignies, Shoe - Corrigan,
Riley and Strayton present. Also present were City Administrator Verbrugge, City Engineer
Brotzler, Human Resource / Communications Coordinator Graff, Parks & Recreation Director
Schultz, Police Chief Kalstabakken, and Finance Director May.
The purpose of the meeting was to prepare a list of goals and priorities for the City of Rosemount
to direct staff in future developments and issues.
These minutes will be provided to you on Monday, May 6th.
Mayor Droste adjourned the regular meeting at 12:00 p.m.
