At the May 6, 2003 Regular City Council meeting, Council set a public hearing for the Connemara Trail Phase 2
Street and Utility Improvement project scheduled for May 20, 2003. As noted in the Executive Summary from
the May 6, 2003 Regular City Council meeting, a public hearing was previously conducted for this project on
May 7, 2002. However, due to statutory requirements for the 429 Public Improvement process, a new public
hearing is required. Staff will provide a verbal update of the proposed project schedule for the Connemara Trail
Phase 2 Street and Utility Improvements.
