The City Council has identified as a goal for 2003 -2004 to review a number of city ordinances. Among the
ordinances identified by the Council as being priorities to review are:
• Sign ordinance
• Service animals
• RV
• Massage
• Liquor license
• Animal ordinances
• Neighborhood nuisances
• Minimum lot coverage for commercial/industrial
• Hunting
• Parades
• Dumpster enclosures
• Wetland and tree ordinances
Staff is also preparing a list of ordinances to include in the schedule.
A proposed schedule will be presented and discussed with the Council at the meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Give staff direction regarding the scheduling of ordinance review.
