What are your Issues /Concerns with the City's Transportation System? Hwy. 3 north of Rosemount — Heavy traffic especially at the peak morning and afternoon times. 2. General Comments: I live right on Hwy. 3. Over the years, I've noticed a heavy increase in traffic due to the residential growth south and east of Rosemount. Turning into my driveway is very dangerous. Getting out onto the highway is just as dangerous especially in the winter. Lower speeds and a center -turn lane would be an improvement. I look forward to watching it develop.
