As required by Ordinance 5 -1 -5, solid waste haulers are required to obtain a license from the City. The haulers
listed below have submitted all of the necessary information and have paid the $50.00 license fee.

5) Keith Krupenny & Son Disposal Service, Inc.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE LICENSE OF THE ABOVE SOLID WASTE
HAULERS FOR 2003.
