EXECUTIVE SUMMARY FOR ACTION
Following the November general election, Council and staff discussed the possibility of having a Council
Member / staff retreat.
Staff would like to briefly discuss the Council plans and ascertain whether Council would like to wait to
proceed until the new Council Member has been seated and a City Administrator has been selected before
proceeding. Also, is Council comfortable with utilizing the Carver Governance Model as the model to
establish policy. This will determine who we retain as a trainer for _the - session.
