For your discussion this evening is the City's 2004 budget. We would like to continue discussion
regarding the preliminary budget and levy that was approved on September 2 We would ask that
all Council members bring their packet from the September 2 nd meeting to use for discussion.
Staff is continuing to look at other revenue options to deal with the State's LGA and MVHC cuts. We
hope to have additional information available for discussion Wednesday evening. Also, after
Tuesday evening's meeting regarding the "Key Financial Strategies (KFS) ", we may briefly discuss
the 10 -year CIP and the process we will follow in relation to the KFS.
