Staff will distribute an updated goals document prior to the meeting on April 10, 2003. In addition to the items
identified by the City Council at the March goal- setting retreat, there are significant issues that are either staff -
initiated or requiring more detailed direction to staff.
These items and Council - initiated goals will be discussed at the April 12 special City Council meeting.
