Planning Commissioner Jana Carr -Weerts announced her intentions to resign from the Planning Commission
due to an educational commitment. Her last meeting will be August 13 2002.
Please accept her letter of resignation.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to accept the Letter of Resignation received from Planning
Commissioner Jana Carr- Weerts.

Dear Mayor Busho,
I want to thank you for the opportunity to serve on the planning commission of Rosemount, it has been a
great experience for me. Unfortunately, my school resumes in the fall. and I will be attending night classes.
This will make it impossible for me to attend the meetings. Therefore, 1 regretfully submit this letter of
resignation to you. My last meeting will be Tuesday, August thirteenth. I hope this gives you enough time to
find a replacement by September .Once again, thank von for the opportunity, and if you ever need an
interim commission member do not hesitate to call me.
