SUBJECT: Additional Information for 6/18/02 Council Meeting
1. Pull item 6c. May 15, 2002 Committee of the Whole Minutes from the Consent
Agenda. These minutes were approved at the June 4, 2002 City Council meeting.
2. Correction on Consent Item 6j. Trunk Highway 3 Cooperative Agreement, the
executive summary should state that the Highway 3 project is between 145th Street
and CSAH 42. Also, in the attached resolution, the CSAH is misidentified as
Highway No. 452. Because this resolution requires immediate signatures, a
revised resolution has been prepared and is attached.
3. Additional information for Consent Item 6k. Receive Bids/ Award Contract for
City Project #330. Bids were received and tabulated on June 14, 2002. A
resolution accepting the bid of Richard Knutson, Inc. is attached.
