The businesses fisted below have submitted applications for renewal of their 3/2% Malt Liquor Licenses for the
period of July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003

Each applicant has submitted either the $250 00 On -Sale License fee or the $50 00 Off -Sale license fee The
required certification of insurance for liquor liability has also been submitted by each applicant
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to approve applications for renewal of 3 2% Malt Liquor
licenses as listed above for the period of July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003

SUBJECT 3 2% Malt Liquor Renewals
The police contacts for each of the license applicants have been reviewed for the past
year There have not been any contacts at the businesses that are cause for concern for
renewal
The last alcohol compliance check was done in May 2001 Each of the 3 2% licensees
checked on that date did pass the check
Based on the calls for service information on each of the applicants, it is recommended
that the licenses all be approved
