EXECUTIVE SUMMARY FOR ACTION
In anticipation of future Council action on the final plat for Biscayne Pointe 4 Addition (located east of St.
Joseph's Church property and north of Biscayne Pointe 3r Addition), Heritage Development has requested that
plans and specifications be prepared for the project This project will include the construction of streets and
utilities to serve 34- single family lots proposed as part of the final plat. south of future Connemara Trail As
this project will be funded privately by Heritage Development. it is not necessary to follow the 429 process
Heritage Development has deposited the necessary funds for the preparation of plans and specifications Once
the plans and specifications are complete, they will be brought back to the Council for approval and
authorization to advertise bids
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR BISCAYNE POINTE 4 ADDITION
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS, CITY PROJECT #352

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION
OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
BISCAYNE POINTE 4 T11 ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT #352
WHEREAS, Heritage Development, Inc has requested the City of Rosemount prepare plans and
specifications for Biscayne Pointe 4 Addition Street and Utility Improvements. City Project #352, and
WHEREAS, Heritage Development, Inc has deposited the necessary funds with the City for
preparation of the plans and specifications for City Project #352, and
WHEREAS, Heritage Development, Inc acknowledges that this action does not imply or guarantee
City Council approval of the final plat for Biscayne Pointe 4 Addition
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Rosemount orders the
preparation of plans and specifications for said impro‘ ements of City Project #352
