EXECUTIVE SUMMARY FOR ACTION
CITY COUNCIL MEETING DATE: FEBRUARY 19, 2002
The City Council and city staff will be hosting an open house for the remodeled City Hall on April 6,
2002, from 11:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m. Self guided tours will be available to the public and council and staff
will be available for discussions.
The Open Meeting Law will require this to also be considered a city council special meeting and should
be set by City Council as such.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
MOTION to set a special meeting for the purpose of holding an Open House for the newly
remodeled City Hall on April 6, 2002 beginning at 11:00 a.m.
