With the completion of the final plat and Subdivision Agreement, the next step for this project
is completion of plans and specifications. Once the Council orders the plans and specifications,
they will be brought back for approval and authorization for bidding.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR EVERMOOR 6 AND 7 ADDITION STREET AND
UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS, CITY PROJECT #336.

A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
EVERMOOR 6T & 7 ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT #336
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rosemount
hereby orders the preparation of plans and specifications for the Evermoor 6 th & 7th
Addition Street and Utility Improvements, City Project #336.
ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 2001.
