The businesses listed below have submitted applications for renewal of their 3/2% Malt Liquor Licenses for the
period of July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002:

Kwik Trip, Inc. Off Sale License

Each applicant has submitted either the $250.00 On -Sale License fee or the $50.00 Off -Sale license fee. The
required certification of insurance for liquor liability has also been submitted by each applicant.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to approve applications for renewal of 3.2% Malt Liquor
licenses as listed above for the period of July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002.
