The Rosemount American Legion will be hosting events for the Leprechaun Days celebration on July 27, 28,
29th in their parking lot at 14590 Burma Avenue. A portion of the parking lot will be enclosed with a
temporary fence to serve liquor and food. ,
The American Legion has made application, paid the fee, and has proper insurance coverage. If the City Council
approves the license, it is then referred to the State o'Minnesota for their approval.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to approve the temporary on -sale liquor license for the
Rosemount American Legion, Post 65 for Leprechaun Days, July 27, 28, and 29', 2001.
