The City Code allows licensed on -sale liquor establishments in Rosemount and contiguous areas to expand their
business for banquets in the Community Center. This allows more selection for people planning gatherings at
the Community Center. The license term runs through December 31, 2001.
Celts Irish Pub and Grill has applied for the on- premise license to serve intoxicating liquor at the Community
Center. Staff recommends approval. _
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to approve Celts Irish Pub & Grill for an On -Sale License On
Public Premise, for serving intoxicating beverages at the Rosemount Community Center for 2001.
