The draft minutes have been revised. The adjusted minutes are attached.
2. OLD BUSINESS: Item 10.b. Receive Bids /Award Contract — Evermoor 6 and
7 Street and Utility Improvements, City Project 336.
The bids were received on August 3, 2001, for Evermoor 6 and 7 . Staff
recommends Northdale Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of $471,536.35.
