The change orders are for a variety, of additions to the scope of work, and would result in an added cost of _ $51,776 (plus $3,671 for Alpha Video). The change orders, not including Alpha Video, are listed on the attached contract summary under the heading Change Orders Pending Approval. Please note that the additional cost is accounted for on the attached budget work sheet, which still shows a surplus of $35,811 (less $3,671 for Alpha Video) and an unspent contingency amount of 5162,000. Staff is working with Amcon to draft a final budget work sheet, which staff will report to the City Council when it is available. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve change orders for City Hall project.
