At the November 14, 2001 Council work session a discussion was held on the possible selection of a
planning commissioner from the applicants submitted to replace the vacancy caused by the
resignation of Jeff Caspar.
Sheila Hathaway was contacted to confirm her interest in serving out the remainder of the planning
commission term. Hathaway did express that she was interested.
Council consensus was to appoint Sheila Hathaway.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to appoint Sheila Hathaway as Planning
Commissioner to complete the remaining term of the vacant
