Background
The Port Authority will conduct public hearings on May 15 on the application by Preventive
Care, Inc. for tax increment assistance in the form of a land write -down for a lot in the
Rosemount Business Park. The Port Authority is reviewing the application and asked questions
of the applicant at its May 1 meeting. Representing Preventive Care, Inc., is company president
Anil Segat.
Pending positive action by the Port Authority, staff recommends Council approval of the sale of
Lot 2, Block 2, in the Rosemount Business Park to Preventive Care, Inc.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approval of the sale of Lot 2, Block 2, in the Rosemount Business Park to Preventive Care, Inc.
CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
