This is a request for Council to declare the following equipment surplus property and authorize staff
to dispose of this equipment. All of the equipment has been replaced and is obsolete or
nonfunctional. By declaring this equipment surplus now we can dispose of this in conjunction with
the City Cleanup Day and as we are moving out of City Hall for the remodel.
16 Personal Computers (PC's)
4 Printers
1 Postage Machine
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to declare the above listed equipment surplus property and authorize staff to dispose of this
equipment.
