One of the Rosemount City Council's regular meetings in June is on Tuesday the 19". Staff would suggest moving this meeting to Monday, June 18d, to keep all city processes moving forward in a normal pattern. The change would be properly posted and published in the Rosemount Town Pages. Parks & Recreation Director Schultz has arranged the Banquet Hall at the Community Center for all regular City Council and commission meetings beginning in June for the duration of the remodeling of City Hall. Staff will post notice of this change. Note: During the remodeling of City Hall, the Public Works Woodshop building will become the "official" City Hall for public notices and mail, no change of address is required. RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to change the second regular meeting in June to Monday, June 18 2001, at 7:30 p.m. and post notice of the change of location for the duration of the City Hall remodeling to the Rosemount Community Center.
