Memorandums are provided from department directors explaining their reasons for amending certain fees and rates. The resolution references Appendix I, which is general city fees, and Appendix II, which are Parks and Recreation/Community Center fees. Public Works: The increases have been determined by the Utility Rate Study, a five -year plan. Some wordage. changes have been recommended by the City Attorney. There has been the addition of an 8 inch water meter and the required charges. Police Dept.: The gun permit that Rosemount is allowed to issue is to carry a gun, not to purchase a gun, so the wording has been corrected.
