Page 3 , 2nd paragraph beginning with Council Member Klassen noted.....
The sediment discussion included all ponds, not just Marcotte Pond, so that
adjustment is recommended. And, a sentence was inserted indicating the
agreement with Dakota County Soil and Water Conservation Dept..

Page 1, Commercial Zoning District, item 5. change to include all commercial
zoning districts.
