Recommendation of Approval
This proposed final plat concerns the twin home portion of the Bloomfield Planned Unit Development. It is a
revision because the single family lots originally included with the previously approved second phase will
become a third phase. A public hearing will be scheduled for January 23` to review a revised PUD concept for
the third and future phases.

PLANNING COMMISSION REVIEW
The Commissioners had no issues with the "down- sized" final plat consistent with what had already been
approved.

Motion to adopt a resolution approving of the Bloomfield Second Addition final plat.
