Burt, City Administrator — 15 �� SUBJECT: Additional Information for April 17, 2001 City Council Meeting CONSENT AGENDA 6. a. Minutes of April 3, 2001 Regular City Council Council Member Klassen requested the condition that « added to the resolution approving the concept plan for St. Joseph's Catholic Church be included in the minutes. This was added to Klassen's statements prior to the motion on page 5 of the minutes. See attached page 5. 2. 9. PUBLIC HEARING: Amendment to Off -Sale Liquor License A memo from Police Chief Kalstabakken confirming there are no issues with the off -sale liquor sales of Shenanigans. See attached. A floor plan is also provided for your review. See attached. 3. OLD BUSINESS 10. a. Selection Policy Amendments Amendments are suggested to the City Code regarding the Commissions. The changes incorporate Council's direction and also make the City Code format of each commission similar. The Public Utilities Commission is more restrictive due to State Statutes, but essentially it was amended to comply «Zth all similar changes except the term length which must remain three years. The amendments to City Code are attached. Attorney LeFevere has reviewed them and will comment if necessary. Council is asked to consider the City Code amendments by motion. An amended motion for all commission changes could be, "MOTION to approve changes to the Selection Policy, approve a RESOLUTION RELATING TO TEH ROSEMOUNT PORT AUTHORITY, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1991- 53 and approving AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO COMMISSIONS AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 2 and approve changes to all the commission's by- laws."
