If the 3 % adjustment is approved, the 2001 salary ranges will be as follows: Public Works Director $61,911 - $77,075 Police Chief $61,652 - $77,345 Finance Director $58,276 - $74,817 Comm. Development Director $56,211 - $70,830 Parks & Recreation Director $55,966 - $69,525 Police Lieutenant $55,521 - $67,980 HR/ Comm. Coordinator $42,966 - $57,289 Public Works Superintendent $48,425 - $61,885 Civil Engineer $44,768 - $56,065 City Planner $45,075 - $57,983 Building Official $45,075 - $57,983 Community Center Manager $41,814 - $52,270 Recreation Supervisor $38,344 - $50,067 Planning/Personnel Secretary $26,856 - $35,808 City Clerk $31,930 - $46,350 Council will recall that three of the City's unions received a 3% increase for 2001 in their last contract negotiations; the fourth received a 3.5% increase.
