For City Council consideration and approval is Administration's recommendation to approve a 3% annual
adjustment for the non -union positions listed below. If the 3 % adjustment is approved, the 2001 salary ranges
will be as follows:

Council will recall that three of the City's unions received a 3% increase for 2001 in their last contract
negotiations; the fourth received a 3.5% increase.

YEAR 2001.
