Item 6.d. Receive Bids /Award Contract — Eastside Watermain, City Project 320
Bids received on Friday, April 27 are attached. Design Excavating, Inc. is being
recommended for the amount of $904,709.
Old Business
Item 7.c. Cooperative Agreement for Dakota County Shop
City Attorney LeFevere negotiated with Dakota County the use of salt stored at
their facility for city use. Acting Engineer Weiss agreed. See section 5.1 of
agreement.
Handouts are available at back table for Item 7.a. Hwy 3 Improvements, response to
Public Comment. This information is already in the Council Packet, Item 7.a.
